Phybridge, a provider of risk-free IP telephony deployment infrastructure, will exhibit within the Ontario Pavilion (Booth #SL1906). The company will demonstrate UniPhyer, a robust IP deployment appliance that makes any IP PBX into a simple plug-and-play installation.

UniPhyer is a Layer 2 Ethernet appliance that allows VoIP and Unified Communication applications to be run on existing telephone cabling. The UniPhyer instantly provides a PVN™ (Parallel Voice Network) with an additional QoS, POE LAN drop to every desktop, ensuring Quality of Service and making it ideal for Unified Communications.

UniPhyer eliminates the barriers to IP Telephony deployment by providing organizations with an easier way to deploy and manage their converged networks. The product delivers the reliability of a legacy voice network with the productivity gains and convenience of a converged network. With the UniPhyer, organizations get the reliability of TDM with the productivity of IP, no network upgrade costs, Quality of Service assurance, no data disruptions, and a dedicated infrastructure for both voice and data. UniPhyer is also less expensive to deploy and manage at approximately $250.00 per drop as compared to traditional investments of $450 to $1,000 per drop deployment plus ongoing management expenses.
