Telect (Booth 2851) recently released a full line of cable rack and superstructure components and systems, items that help form the basic cable management structure of a telecom central office (CO), enterprise data center and other controlled environment applications. Typically installed above equipment racks, Telect cable rack products include a broad range of sizes and configurations to fit various standards. Users can choose from standard ladder-style runway or trough-style runway with elevated crossbars. Cable grid also is available for larger installations as is a complete line of accessories, including clamps, splice kits, isolation kits and all other items required for installation and assembly. Superstructure components include channels, tubing, pipe, threaded rods, struts and other components that help form the basic framing structure for CO hardware and infrastructure. All accessories–including nuts, bolts, hooks and clamps–also are available from Telect. Based on the Hendry line of cable rack and superstructure (Telect acquired Hendry Telephone Products in 2004), all Telect products are built with high-grade steel and are fully compatible with any new and existing installations.
